Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Aurea Time is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.
